As a manager of a small team of international PMs, youll provide guidance for driving end-to-end initiatives, setting the vision and roadmap to delivery and user adoption. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and a proven keen drive for results. You will collaborate and influence a broad set of international stakeholders across the company (e.g., sales & marketing, product groups) and will play a key role in ensuring customer success in product awareness and participation. The work our team does allows Cloud & AI products & services to be accessible around the world.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a team responsible to:
   • Ensure customer satisfaction of international Cloud-based products & services
   • Drive international consumption of developer products & services through strategic promotions
   • Collaborate with subsidiaries to drive international awareness of cloud-based products
   • Engage international customers in programs that excite and delight those customers
   • Collaborate with product planning and engineering teams to expand language offerings of Developer products
   • Develop & drive strategic initiatives that deliver broad impact

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a team of 3+ full-time employees
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years working in international business in the context of technology solution promotion

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years - Experience in working with subsidiary stakeholders or equivalent
• Solid understanding of Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology
• Fluency in non-English languages especially Korean, Arabic

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These include passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
