Global Product Lead, Customer Voice

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing projects across sales, product, and operations while bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of applied AI, the online advertising ecosystem, specifically Google Ads.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives using advanced problem-solving and high-level decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and capable of engaging both practitioners and executive leadership.
- A track record of using data-driven insights to proactively improve products and optimize processes.

Join our fast-paced team and work cross-functionally with key partners in Sales, GTM, Finance, Product Management, UX and Engineering. As a Global Product Lead, you will provide scaled tooling support for the Google advertising sales organization. You will be the voice of our users and will shape the roadmap of the core CRM, Connect Sales. You will represent critical business needs through internal sales tools. You understand the sales business intimately, drive sales tool strategy and prioritization with product, engineering and sales. You will work as a connecting tissue between sales, product and engineering to deliver a unified, trusted, and intelligent tooling suite to Google sales teams.
In this role, you will lead the Customer Voice product. Customer Voice is an AI-powered platform designed to give Google Ads and GBO teams actionable insights derived directly from customer interactions. Its goal is to unify and analyze data from various sources to understand customer sentiment, identify product needs, improve market positioning, and enhance sales and support effectiveness. You will manage multiple workstreams across the various surfaces of Connect Sales to deliver a unified, trusted, and intelligent AI-powered tooling experience.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Represent end users as we build and execute against our tools roadmap, setting the vision and strategy across Connect Sales, ensuring we fully represent user needs and workflows, and identifying key areas for enhancements and process improvements.
- Build data-backed business cases—balancing revenue and productivity—to articulate clear requirements to PM, UX, and Engineering partners.
- Develop strategic business requirement perspectives and partner with PMs/UX/Eng on the design and development of user-facing feature launches.
- Plan, execute, and drive global launch strategies, including implementation of technical solutions, deployment plan, trainings and support materials to drive product and feature adoption.
- Conduct quantitative data analysis of large volumes of data and uncover insights and gaps in current tools through data analyzation.
