Lead HVAC Estimator in Menlo Park, CA
Responsibilities:
- Review final bids for HVAC estimates
- Build effective, profitable winning bids for current and upcoming projects
- Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Estimators
- Attend bid review meetings, and provide value engineering suggestions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hvac experience
- Local and stable work-history
- Extensive CA HVAC Title 24, OSHPD, and ASHRAE knowledge
- Plan & Spec, Design-Assist and Design/Build project experience
- Advanced Quickpen/Trimble Accubid OST knowledge
