Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary, Physical Therapy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in medical/surgical, ICU, and ER settings.
• Treat approximately 12+ patients per day.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document care accurately in the Cerner charting system.
• Participate in department-specific and general hospital orientation.
• Adhere to the facility's dress code of burgundy POLO and scrub or khaki bottoms.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy (PT) license required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Acute Inpatient PT experience is required.
• Familiarity with treating TKA, THA, spinal surgery, general ortho, and CVA patients.
• Ability to work weekends every third weekend with adjusted weekdays off.
• Strong communication skills for effectively working in a multidisciplinary team.
