Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions of West LA is actively seeking an experienced  Sales Executive  to join our talented team. In this position, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly competitive and sales-driven environment in the maintenance industry. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the operations and sales team, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.

Essential functions 

• Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $1500+ sales per month.
• Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week and 250 phone calls, emails, and other sales activities each week.
• Utilize and manage the customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
• Maintain and manage your Top 100 list in the CRM.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of prior history working in a B2B sales environment, and a track record of success.
• “Hunter” sales acumen; goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems is required. Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• This is an in-person position. Candidate must live in the Los Angeles area.

Base: $72,000-$79,000 DOE
