Night Porter - InterContinental San Francisco
A little bit about your day-to-day
The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants and hotel is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We're looking for a Night Porter to help our team make every experience memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our public areas as well as out heart-of-the-house. Every day is different, but you'll mostly be
• Cleaning and sterilizing floors, restrooms, elevators, countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor space.
• Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
• Receiving and organizing various departments deliveries
• Removing waste. What we need from you
• Passion for delivering great service
• Previous experience as a Night Porter
• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team What you can expect from us The hourly pay range for this role is $25.83 to $34.44 . We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and many other benefits to eligible employees.
