Senior/Principal Product Manager

We are seeking a data-minded, entrepreneurial product leader to shape the future of our AI portfolio.
As a Principal product manager on the team, you will be responsible for taking our core AI products to the next level as well as taking to market our new, AI-first products. You thrive in ambiguity, yet bring clarity to cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced environment that demands initiative, strategic thinking, and a strong bias for action. You’ll work closely with a world-class team including alumni from Amazon, Facebook, Google & Uber. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in the AI space, driving product innovation, customer value, and business growth.
This is a hybrid role based out of Mountain View but should be flexible to work in the office as
needed.
What you will do :
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core AI experiences across the product portfolio
- Champion customer obsession through feedback, data, and research
- Bring a strong data-driven mindset and focus on measurable impact
- Drive product execution end-to-end with high bias for action
- Collaborate with engineering, ML, and data science teams Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Design, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure successful product launches aligned with customer and business goalsStay on top of emerging technologies to inform Level AI’s product strategy
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, MIS, or a related field; preferably an MBA from an esteemed university.
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in building AI products
- Deep familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models
- Proven track record of ownership and execution in fast-paced environmentsExceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholdersExperience working with teams in other time zones.
- Preferred Qualifications :Experience launching 0-1 products Domain experience in Contact Center or Customer ExperienceExperience leading teams
$180 - $200 a year
+ stock optionsCompensation will be competitive and reflect the applicant's level of qualification for the role. We offer standard perks of a startup.
