Legal Secretary (West LA)
Reputable civil litigation law firm in West Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary (5+ years) to support attorneys with both administrative and legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Format and file state and federal court documents
- Manually create tables of authorities
- Prepare and serve subpoenas (in-state and out-of-state)
- Answer phones and manage client files
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of legal secretary experience
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures
- Experience with Macintosh systems is a plus

They're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented legal secretary who can handle litigation support tasks and office administration in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Hours: 9AM-6PM (1 hour lunch break)
