**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth in new and existing markets.
* Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
* Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
* Create and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
* Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
* Collaborate with product and business development teams to ensure product offerings meet market demand.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a market growth, business development, or similar strategic role.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting revenue targets.
* Strong understanding of market research, data analytics, and customer segmentation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
