Architectural Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Pasadena, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Summary

Seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings. Responsible for project management, consultant coordination, construction documentation oversight, code compliance, QA/QC, and construction administration through all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare projects from design through closeout.
• Oversee production and coordination of construction documents.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Manage permitting, RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
• Ensure compliance with CBC, Title 24, and HCAI/OSHPD requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and support project team development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
• Healthcare or other regulated project experience preferred.
• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of California building codes and healthcare regulations.
• Experience leading consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Architectural license or progress toward licensure preferred.
