The department presents a regular season of plays and musicals, and offers coursework in acting, theatre history and appreciation, directing, and technical theatre, providing students with both academic foundations and hands-on production experience. Through collaborative, production-based learning, students develop artistic skills, critical thinking, and practical knowledge that’s applicable to transfer and professional pathways. The department is committed to inclusive, student-centered practices.
