Associate Therapist - AMFT, ASW, APCC

We are a small family practice with one associate currently. We focus on quality care of both our associates and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants to be mentored into a private practice career beyond licensure. It can take 3 months to build up to a stabile caseload of 10 and up to 6 months for a caseload of 20. Our goal is to establish and maintain a long term therapeutic relationship with every client. Therapy is a resource. We aim to be a practice that people return to. The maximum caseload is 20.

Position:

• Currently seeking pre-licensed provider who works well with adults 25+.
• Ability to work well with men is necessary. Training will be provided as needed.
• Associate Therapist- AMFT, ASW, APCC.
• Minimum of 1,000 BBS hours desired.

• Working parents.
• Parent coaching.
• Nervous system regulation.
• Emotion regulation and communication.
• Childhood trauma.
• Divorce.
• Co Parenting after a divorce.

• Flexible hybrid schedule M-F between the hours of 8am-8pm and weekends if requested between 9am-2pm.
• Receive 1-2 units of supervision depending on caseload with consultation available outside of the supervision hour as needed.
