Customer Service Specialist
This Customer Service Rep role involves processing orders across multiple product lines and ensuring accurate, timely communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
-Process sales orders, customer invoices, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
-Coordinate with sales and technical teams to confirm product specs and terms
-Track orders and provide updates to customers and sales
-Support timely customer payments and vendor payables
-Manage back-orders and follow up on all open orders from start to finish
-Handle foreign currency conversions (EUR, JPY, CHF USD)
Additional Skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service focus -Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAGE, SAP)
