In this role, you’ll conduct property showings, build strong client relationships, and consistently hit monthly sales targets—while we handle the backend so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals in a fast‑paced, structured environment that delivers both stability and upside.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead property showings and present features effectively to support sales decisions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Analyze customer needs to guide the sales process and drive successful outcomes.
- Accurately document client interactions, activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism.
- Conduct client tours, manage follow‑up, and successfully close deals
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams
- Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge
Qualification
- Demonstrated sales mindset with a strong work ethic and accountability for results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborative team player who values professionalism and integrity
- Proficient in navigating CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and sales activity
