Staff Product Manager, Data and AI Partner Ecosystem

The Databricks ecosystem includes a wide range of partners covering Business Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Ingestion, Data Preparation, Governance, Security and many more horizontal and industry-leading Data and AI partners across Finance, Healthcare, Advertising, and many more.

In this role, you will lead our partner ecosystem product strategy, and own the roadmap for all aspects of partner strategy and ecosystem integrations. You will define our product partnerships strategy across product lines (e.g. Data warehousing, Data engineering, AI/ML, Governance, Data Sharing, etc) to identify the business priorities. You will also fully own the product strategy and roadmap for partner-focused Databricks product offerings, including Databricks Marketplace, Delta Sharing, Clean Rooms, and Databricks SQL drivers and connectors . Finally, you will work cross-organizationally across product and engineering teams to define & deliver cross-cutting projects to enable unique, one-of-a-kind offerings with select strategic partners.

• Develop a deep understanding of the Data and AI ecosystem


• Articulate the strategy to to build the world’s most open Data and AI ecosystem


• Work closely with customers and partners to understand their technical and business needs


• Define product requirements and work closely with your engineering and design counterparts to build new features


• Define and execute the product roadmap for Partner Connect, Marketplace, Clean Rooms, and Delta Sharing


• Define and execute the product roadmap for our data warehousing drivers and connectors


• Drive and deliver integrations with strategic partners, including defining and driving changes across team boundaries

What we look for:

• Strong understanding of the Data and AI ecosystem


• 7+ years of experience leading technically complex enterprise products


• Prior success developing and bringing net new products to market
