Litigation Legal Assistant
This role provides administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys within the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. The position requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Organize and schedule meetings, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Prepare, format, transcribe, and edit legal documents.
- Assist with pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, contracts, and other litigation-related documents.
- E-file legal documents with courts.
- Enter attorney time and support billing processes.
- Work with accounting on invoices, expense reimbursements, and client billing.
Top Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of litigation legal assistant experience.
- Strong experience with e-filing and managing litigation calendars, including hearings, mediations, trials, and court deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and typing speed of approximately 60 WPM .

Ideal Candidate
A detail-oriented legal assistant with strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in legal document preparation and court filing procedures, and the ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously.
