The Data Integrations and Transformations Platform team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to expand our platform offerings to enable access to valuable data for machine learning, data science, risk, and applied AI teams. Our team sits on top of data ingestion and data archives to deliver platforms and applications for offline and online use cases. We provide solutions for internal teams to access valuable data via mechanisms that abstract away the nuances of raw data access, improving customer developer velocity across Block.You Will

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend servicesLead technical design and implementation for critical systemsCollaborate with engineering, product, data science, operations, and risk teams to deliver impactful solutionsDrive technical excellence by establishing and promoting best practices in design, coding, testing, and operationsMentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of learningOwn project outcomes end-to-endfrom concept through architecture, implementation, testing, and deploymentContribute to the teams roadmap by identifying opportunities for technical improvement and innovationYou Have
