Graphics/Printing Proj Mgr

A Graphics/Printing Project Manager opportunity is available in Canoga Park, CA for a professional with experience managing print, graphics, signage, or related production projects. The Graphics/Printing Project Manager will work closely with clients, design teams, vendors, and production staff to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end print, graphics, signage, and production projects from intake through completion.
- Coordinate project timelines, specifications, approvals, production schedules, and delivery expectations.
- Communicate regularly with clients, internal design teams, production staff, and outside vendors.
- Review project requirements, artwork details, materials, and production needs to support accurate execution.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and help resolve problems quickly.
- Ensure finished projects meet quality, brand, schedule, and client expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $35 to $40 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage print, graphic production, signage, or construction-related visual projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate project schedules, specifications, approvals, production details, and delivery milestones.
- Serve as a key communication point between clients, creative teams, production teams, and vendors.
- Support quality control and ensure project requirements are completed accurately and on time.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience in printing, graphics manufacturing, construction signage, industrial signage, or a closely related production environment.
- Knowledge of project management processes, scheduling, workflow coordination, and production timelines.
- Understanding of graphics, print production, signage materials, artwork files, or manufacturing requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot project issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting construction, commercial, residential, office, or industrial signage projects.
- Familiarity with large-format printing, branded environments, wayfinding signage, or architectural graphics.
- Experience working directly with designers, installers, fabricators, printers, or production vendors.
