Position Details

• Location: LAX Area
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Available Schedules & Pay

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM: $17.87/hour
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM: $17.87/hour
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM: $20.00/hour

Job Summary

Select Staffing of El Segundo is seeking dependable Cold Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will work in a refrigerated environment (30–40°F) handling a variety of products including fruits, vegetables, fish, and flowers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, physically active, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Palletize goods for storage and shipment
• Perform shrink-wrapping to secure inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements

• Ability to work in a cold environment (30–40°F)
• Comfortable handling food products including produce, seafood, and flowers
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts
