We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence to ensure efficient workflow.

• Answer inbound calls promptly, providing thorough assistance and redirecting inquiries as needed.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain updated and accessible records.

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive reception experience.

• Coordinate schedules and appointments to support seamless office operations.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.

• Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.

• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures in all activities.

• Provide regular updates to management regarding administrative progress and challenges.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing receptionist duties.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with general administrative office procedures and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Proficiency in Office applications and other standard office software.
