Janitorial Job Coach

Welcome to Achievement House Inc. (AHI)! We are an established non-profit that helps adults who have disabilities through a variety of programs. We are now hiring dedicated Janitorial Job Coaches to execute a contract our agency has with Cal Trans, to provide supported employment and job training to individuals served in our programs.

Summary
Job Coach is responsible for providing training and support to individuals participating in the Supported Employment Program. The Job Coach is expected to ensure the long term success and expedite the work training experience of the Individuals’ served.

Expected schedule :
Full Time:
Position 1: MORNING SHIFT Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 5:30am -1:30pm
Position 2: AFTERNOON SHIFT Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11:30am - 7:30pm

Qualifying Specifications:

• Must have own vehicle
• Maintain a current California driver’s license and provide on-going proof of current state required auto insurance.
• Must have an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agency’s insurance carrier.
• Must clear background check screening.
• Must have basic computer/technology skills.
• Ability to work outside in hot & cold environments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to fill out paperwork.
• Janitorial skills preferred but not required.
• Experience driving an 11 passenger van preferred but not required.
