Property Administrator / Associate Manager – HOA Community

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Administrator / Associate Manager to support the daily operations of a busy HOA community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with residents, and has strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day property management operations
Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Coordinate work orders and communicate with vendors
Assist with lease and HOA document administration
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Help ensure smooth communication between residents, vendors, and management
Qualifications:
2–3+ years of administrative experience required
Property management, HOA, or related industry experience preferred
Strong customer service and resident-facing communication skills
Ability to manage high volumes of emails, calls, and walk-ins professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
