Freight Administrative Assistant
Location: Citrus Heights, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 hour, DOE

The role is focused on providing administrative support for daily freight operations, including data entry, invoicing, and coordinating shipments. The right person will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and process freight invoices using internal software

• Assist with booking shipments and monitoring freight movement

• Communicate with carriers and internal staff to ensure on-time delivery

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Learn day-to-day transportation operations with potential to grow into a more advanced logistics or brokerage role

• Support general office and administrative needs as required
