- Equipment Management: Operate, calibrate, clean, and perform routine preventative maintenance on laboratory instruments and machinery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor laboratory supply levels, track consumable resources, and coordinate with the procurement team to reorder chemicals, supplies or tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, and proper hazardous waste disposal procedures.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with quality control, manufacturing, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth transitions from product concepts to commercial manufacturing.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

- Proven digital skills, including demonstrable proficiency in MS Office (Excel) or Google Sheets, alongside familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or scientific data software, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational habits, strong written communication skills for report drafting, and a natural ability to tackle technical anomalies independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle critical equipment, and safely lift up to 30 lbs when moving test equipment, experiments or raw materials.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AC/DC Hipot testing, thermal cycle testing, BIL lightning testing, current injection testing, or thermocouples.
