Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to ensure the quality and conformity of materials. You will also ensure that the correct consumables are loaded for the product being run and maintain covering carts, boxes, and the hopper as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and ensure the quality and conformity of materials.
• Load correct consumables for the product being run.
• Maintain covering carts, boxes, and hopper as necessary.
• Check for correct packaging materials.
• Detect and report defective materials, machine problems, or questionable conditions to the machine operator immediately and to the maintenance department as needed.
• Maintain necessary machine supplies, work area, and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Properly wash and reset equipment during product changes as per standard operating procedures (SOP).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
