We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Armed Security Agent (CCW) with high integrity and professionalism in the bay area. This position requires a full-time commitment during the seasonal period. As a seasonal Residential Security Agent you will provide for the welfare, physical protection, and security of a high profile client by performing armed and/or unarmed executive protection assignments in residential settings. You will provide close protection and other security-related functions for the client during domestic and/or international assignments. Applicants should be comfortable working independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments, responding to threats, and representing Surefox and its clients with pride. Successful performance in this role will require a high degree of motivation and the ability to adapt to fluid and dynamic security performance modes, locations, teams, and structures. This is a dynamic position requiring flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing operational requirements as directed by client needs. In this role, you will be responsible for:* Providing close protection to clients at residential properties;* Ensuring the overall safety and security of assigned residential properties;* Monitoring security systems and conducting regular patrols;* Responding to and addressing security incidents and emergencies;* Interacting with residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner;* Completing accurate and detailed incident reports;* Conducting inspections of residential properties to identify and mitigate potential security risks;* Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services;* Following all company policies and procedures;* Performing other job-related duties as assigned.Requirements* Job location is in the Lake Tahoe, CA area* Valid California Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit without work restriction;* Valid California Exposed Firearms Permit;* Valid California Guard Card;* Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes);* Strong written and verbal communication skills;* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;* Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;* Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening;* High school diploma or equivalent;* Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by a Residential Security Agent to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
