Customer For Life Advocate

: Do you enjoy working in a cross-functional capacity with both customers and employees providing inside sales support? We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and experience in a fast-paced call center environment. If this sounds like you, we'd love to discuss our Customer f or Life Advocate position. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Responsible for providing customer support to distributors and dealers for various inquiries, including order processing/tracking, shipment error resolution, and credit and rebills processing. Additionally, you will:

• Provide customer service via email and over the telephone.
• Process sales, demo, and accommodation orders, as well as tracking shipments.
• Work with customers to resolve shipment errors, including product shortages and overages.
• Process customer product returns, including overstock and freight damages claims.
• Assist with processing credit and rebill for terms and pricing discrepancies.
• Function as a backup CFL Advocate for when necessary.
• As needed assist with processing whole goods warranty credit and replacements for our wholesale distributor customers.

WHAT WE SEEK

• 2 years' experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
• Ability to type 50 WPM.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
• Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.
• Strong written and pleasant verbal communication skills.
