Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Wall Framing: Construct and install wall frames according to specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure walls are level, plumb, and square.
- Use appropriate tools and materials for framing tasks.
- Roof I-Joist Installation: Install roof I-joists as per engineering specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of joists for structural integrity.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure successful roof framing.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret and execute plans and blueprints accurately.
- Communicate with project managers and site supervisors regarding project progress and any issues.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to commute to multiple construction sites throughout day.
- Min 3 years verifiable experience - references required.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
