Pay: $64218 salary Incentive Pay $325 sign-on bonus

Job Type: Full-Time In-Person

Schedule: Monday Friday 8am-5pm ( >3 hours outside normal business hours per week flex time; 40 hours / week total)

As an Outpatient Therapist at High Plains Mental Health Center youll provide individual family and group therapy to clients with a wide range of mental health needs. Youll conduct intake assessments develop treatment plans and offer evidence-based support.

What Youll Do:

• Provide evidence-based individual family and group therapy sessions throughout your day.
• Conduct intake assessments .
• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure coordinated comprehensive care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision to receive feedback and enhance your skills.
• Attend team meetings to stay connected and contribute to shared client care strategies.
• Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

• Masters or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy)
• Current Kansas BSRB licensure as one of the following:

o Licensed Psychologist Licensed Master Level Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist

o Licensed Master Social Worker (clinical track) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker

o Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with Mental Health Training track (or equivalent experience)

o Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist

• Valid drivers license and driving record that meets insurability requirements (if using Center vehicle)
• Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment drug screening
