Legal Secretary
- Receive and process digital evidence and files from law enforcement
- Upload, download, and organize files across multiple systems
- Convert and manage different file formats as needed
- Perform basic audio/video editing or clipping as part of evidence preparation
- Communicate professionally with law enforcement and team members via email and system notifications
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned work
- Strong computer skills and comfort working on multiple computers, navigating several systems, logins, screens, and browser tabs simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player who can also manage responsibilities independently
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
