Salon Front Desk Coordinator

Position available for a multi-service salon company. Must enjoy and excel at sales offerings, and have a charismatic, friendly personality.

part time position for a career -minded person.

We are a SUMMIT SALON.

We carry exclusive beauty brands such as: Kerastase, Shu Uemura, Oribe, Unite, Milbon and Schwarzkopf.

This position is up to 30 hours per week.

Training normally takes about 3- 4 weeks. We are looking for long-term commitment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Opening and closing procedures: cash count, printing reports, set up snacks, coffee, etc.
• Be flexible to work at either location
• Answer multiple phone lines
• Booking appointments and managing the books accordingly
• Greet clients and make them feel welcome: offering coffee, tea, or water
• Must be punctual and responsible with all shifts (reliable transportation a must)
• Able to build great work relationships with clients and co-workers
• Provide product knowledge to clients
• Respond to emails and assist Manager/Owner with social media
• Responsible to archive daily retail goals for the team
• Be able to participate in classes when attendance is required.

Hourly pay based on experience in addition to an employee discount on services and retail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
