ID: 77750726 Shift: 10H Days 10 hr Days, Mon-Thurs, on call 1 day/week and 1 wknd/month Description: Unit : IR RN# suites/labs: 2+CT#cases per day on average: 12Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?): ACLS/BLSCommon diagnoses/Types of patients: Neuro-Stroke, Body-Angio, Trauma, BX/AbscessJob Duties: RNs are not required to scrubExperience or 'Must have' skills: Must have at least one year of recent IR RN expEMR/Equipment: CernerInterventionalist hours/on call: One weekend per month plus one day per weekIR Techs: 4Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 4 ten hour week day shiftsWeeknight/Call Requirements: One weekend per month plus one week day nightHoliday/Call Requirements: To be discussedWhat is call response time? Generally 30 min, however there might be some flexibilityFloating Requirements: No floating requiredScrub Color/Dress Code: Hospital provided scrubs Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13 week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level: Care Shift Notes:10 hr Days, Mon-Thurs, on call 1 day/week and 1 wknd/month Required (AHA), BLS (AHA) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Contract Weeks:91 About Mindlance Health
