Registered Dental Hygienist

A leading and patient-centric dental practice in Menlo Park, CA, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. • Position: Dental Hygienist.
• Employment Type: Part time.
• Currently looking for PT Wednesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays only.
• Location: Menlo Park, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, and polishing, to ensure optimal oral health for patients.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, charting, and document findings accurately in patients' records.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dental care, and preventive measures for maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
• Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment planning.
• Stay updated on the latest dental hygiene techniques, advancements, and regulations through continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Valid state dental hygiene license and certification from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
• Proficient in using dental software and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with patients of all ages.
