Service Manager
Benu is a Three Michelin Star restaurant recognized internationally for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and hospitality. For the Service Manager position, we are seeking individuals who already possess experience within a restaurant of similar caliber, style, and menu format. Candidates should have a genuine passion for leadership, mentorship, and team development, with the desire to lead by example through professionalism, compassion, accountability, and care. At the same time, they must be capable of upholding high standards, managing expectations, and performing effectively within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
This role is intended for someone who wants to understand restaurant operations on a deeper level and play an active part in the continued growth and development of the team and business. The Service Manager works closely with the General Manager and is involved in many aspects of daily operations, including team logistics, training, ordering, invoicing, organization, and long-term operational planning. We value individuals who approach challenges proactively rather than reactively, possess strong follow-through, and take ownership and accountability for their responsibilities.
A strong alignment with Benu’s service philosophy and standards is essential, along with a sincere interest in learning our menu, ingredients, and overall repertoire in depth. This position requires close communication and collaboration with the chef team, kitchen team, reservations office, and dining room team throughout the day to ensure a cohesive and thoughtful guest experience.
