Cofounding VP of Sales (Equity only)

We’re looking for a VP of Sales to join us as with a Cofounder status— someone who’s ready to take full ownership of our sales function, define our GTM motion, and drive revenue from the ground up.
Compensation
This is an equity-only role until we close our pre-seed round . You will receive meaningful founder-level equity and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future — including your future cash compensation and team structure.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Build and execute a sales strategy targeting enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers.
Own the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
Develop and manage repeatable outbound and inbound sales processes .
Engage directly with early customers, understand their needs, and close strategic deals .
Collaborate closely with the CEO and product team to refine product positioning, pricing, and GTM approach.
Create sales playbooks, demos, and pitch decks that resonate with enterprise buyers .
Build and lead the future sales team , from first hire to scalable org.
Represent SupportFinity at industry events, demos, and partner conversations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , preferably with enterprise software or HR tech.
Proven success in building and scaling early-stage sales organizations .
Comfortable owning and executing zero-to-one GTM strategies .
Strong understanding of sales operations , pipeline management, and forecasting.
Exceptional communicator, closer, and relationship builder.
A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
