Collections Specialist

Emerald is seeking an Accounts receivable team member who will be responsible for the collections of all outstanding items due for assigned Emerald events, report running for the show teams, attendance at events when necessary and assistance when other team members need coverage. Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor of aging reports related to the responsible events.
- Communication with customers regarding payments due and assist in facilitating those payments.
- Communication with the show teams regarding customer issues and conversations.
- Charging of credit cards on file for payments due.
- Refund submission in the event of over payments or any other refundable situation.
- Attendance on show site when necessary to verify the event is collected in full.
- Final show report once the event has staged to verify all items are resolved.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office experience required specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail oriented, organized, and flexible.
- Reliable independent worker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to use good judgement.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced team environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $55,000-60,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
