User Interface Developer
• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and end users to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Plan, install, and maintain UI servers and applications, including after-hours work as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects, performance issues, and accessibility gaps.
• Apply Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards to all UI deliverables.
• Document UI designs, components, and style guides. Required Qualifications • AA/AS in a related discipline from an accredited college or university, OR 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Active IAT Level I certification (one of: A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA Security) plus applicable CE/OS certification.
• 3+ years of experience in user interface or graphic design.
• Hands-on experience with modern web/UI development tools and techniques, including responsive design frameworks, HTML5, and JavaScript frameworks.
• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Desired Qualifications • BA/BS in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with UX research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG accessibility standards.
• Prior DoD or Army experience.
