Concierge

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Concierge with relevant experience to join a high-end residential property in San Francisco, California. This is a contract position requiring exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will represent the property with a high standard of conduct and adhere to a business-appropriate dress code. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor. - Manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication and organization. - Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently. - Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the front desk area. - Coordinate with property management and other staff as needed. - Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols. - Provide information about building amenities and local services. - Handle package deliveries and notify residents of arrivals. - Demonstrate a high standard of conduct and adhere to the business-appropriate dress code. - Ensure all front desk duties are performed accurately and consistently.
