A healthcare position is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at an elementary school in La Mesa, CA. This role supports the health and well-being of students for the full semester under a contract arrangement. Two positions are open for the second semester; one is confirmed solid, and the second is likely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration and health assessments
• Assist with managing student health records and documentation
• Collaborate with school staff to promote a healthy and safe environment
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid as needed
• Support individual student health plans and coordinate care with families and healthcare providers

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Strong munication and organizational skills
• CPR and First Aid certification
