Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to oversee both commercial and residential plumbing projects in Redondo Beach, CA . This full-time role combines pre-construction estimating with hands-on project management, ensuring work is completed efficiently, within budget, and fully compliant with plumbing codes. Candidates will play a pivotal role in coordinating field teams, managing client relationships, and supporting a steady flow of projects throughout the Redondo Beach area. Key Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects from initial estimate through project closeout in Redondo Beach, CA
• Prepare accurate estimates, detailed takeoffs, and proposals for commercial and residential plumbing scopes
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections to maintain project schedules
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability and compliance
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage expectations and project timelines
• Implement process improvements and support workflow efficiency across multiple projects
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on plumbing standards and construction best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing construction, estimating, or project management
