About the Position
The ICU RN is responsible for delivering high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced life support. This role involves rapid assessment, complex clinical decision-making, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure the highest standard of patient outcomes.
Requirements
Requirements:
Active RN License – State specific or Compact
Experience: 1–2 years recent ICU/Critical Care acute care experience
Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (NIHSS or CCRN preferred depending on facility)
