Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting pool deck environment, ensuring all areas are well-organized and presentable.

- Assist guests with seating arrangements to meet their preferences.

- Monitor pool area safety, enforce rules, and respond promptly to guest needs or concerns.

- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests lounging at the pool, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

- Maintain cleanliness of poolside furniture, towels, and surrounding areas.

- Collaborate with the food and beverage team to support seamless service during peak hours.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in poolside or hospitality service preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.

- Knowledge of safety procedures related to pool and water safety.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
