Job Description
- Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of H-1B's, NIV matters
- Utilize case review technology
- Supporting a team remotely.
- Preparing and drafting cases.
- Communicating with team members on a daily basis.
The Successful Applicant
- JD or LLM.
- Admission to a US State Bar.
- Experience with business immigration matters, specifically: H-1B's, NIV matters.
- Must have high-volume case experience with large clients.
- Must have experience with electronic case review software.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment.
- Excellent case management skills.
