Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Account Executive to manage and grow customer accounts through consultative selling and deep menu knowledge. This role focuses on both maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business by helping chefs and operators select the right products for their menus.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and service
• Prospect and develop new accounts within assigned territories or market segments
• Analyze customer menus to identify opportunities for product improvement, cost efficiency, and upselling
• Recommend and sell meat and protein products aligned with customer needs and menu concepts
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and pricing changes
• Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (foodservice, meat, or hospitality industry a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand menus, cuts, yields, and food cost considerations
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
