Pediatric Dental Office Front Office

We are a premier pediatric dental and orthodontic office located in San Leandro. Our goal is to provide compassionate and detailed care to each and every one of our patients. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. Our office is not a large scale production. We focus on quality over quantity. POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Front Office Staff:

1. Greet and Welcome all Patients in check-in and obtain patient health/insurance updates.

2. Open/Close the office as needed.

3. Answer and respond to telephone calls with respectful tone and proper phone etiquette .

4. Contact insurance carriers to verify patient coverage. Be responsible for handling all patient insurance billing questions.

5. Schedules appointments for new patients, recall patients and patients requiring additional work.

6. Open Dental experience preferred

7. Familiar with other dental software - Open Dental, Modento/Dental Intel, Cloud9

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3+ years (Required)
• Dental office: 3+ years (Required
• Orthodontic Front Office (recommended)
• Computer skills: 3+ years (Required)
