Inventory clerk
- Precision Receiving: Check in parts against packing slips, verify accuracy, and update the Macola database to ensure real-time inventory tracking.
- Inventory Management: Maintain multiple stocking locations, ensuring production bins are full and stock is properly rotated.
- Cycle Counting: Lead weekly counts of critical parts to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Proactive Communication: Work closely with supervisors and assembly teams to alert them of low stock levels and production needs.
- Warehouse Stewardship: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment to ensure a smooth flow for all employees.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: You are meticulous with numbers and parts, ensuring nothing gets missed during receiving or counting.
- Tech-Savvy: You are computer literate with basic MS Excel experience and the ability to learn new database systems quickly.
- Physical Readiness: You are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and staying active on your feet throughout the day.
- Reliability: You are a dependable professional who works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Growth Mindset: You are willing and able to complete forklift training and certification (prior certification is a plus!).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency is required for accurate counting and reporting.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or inventory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a highly motivated "self-starter."
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (Moderate effort).
- Frequent grasping/fingering for data entry and parts manipulation.
- Regular stooping, crouching, and ladder use for stock placement.

2. Maintains inventory in multiple locations. Keeps inventory bins full at all times from back stock. Alerts supervisor
when stocks get low and of assemblers’ stock needs.
3. Conducts accurate cycle counts weekly of critical parts.
4. Responsible for maintaining the warehouse area in a clean and orderly fashion for the flow and safety of all
employees.
5. Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. The essential functions of this role include:
