We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** ABSMC-Ashby Campus **Position Overview:** Provides daily operations management to assigned areas of the service line. Responsible for management of daily operations; work contents and processes; HR policies and procedures; and IT systems. Oversees all daily processes to ensure efficiency and directs staff (either directly or through supervisors). Works closely with the medical group partners and management in assessing value of program development, integration and optimization of patient care within and beyond the service line. Acts as mentor and coach to enable problem solving and develops smooth functioning teams with a focus on the triple aim: affordability, quality, and satisfaction. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** + _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._ + Bachelor's in Healthcare or related field **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + 8 years recent relevant experience **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** + Understanding of clinical operations and associated regulatory compliance requirements. + Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and direct activities of clinical and non-clinical personnel. + Proven ability to manage a complex environment, and plan and execute new services, facilities and operations + Verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. + Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service and achieving business results. + Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve business objectives. + Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues. **Job Shift:** Days **Schedule:** Full Time **Days of the Week:** Variable **Weekend Requirements:** Occasionally **Benefits:** Yes **Unions:** No **Position Status:** Exempt **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Employee Status:** Regular Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans. Pay Range is $62.70 to $94.05 / hour _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
