Physical Therapist

Salary: $90,000-$105,000/annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Â Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Â Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Â While using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Patient Education: Â Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Progress Monitoring: Â Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Â Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
