Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary : $260,000 - 300,000 annual base salary
• Sign on bonus: $30,000
• Productivity Bonus : $50,000 annually
• CME Allowance : $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• Paid Time Off : 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• CME/Personal Time : 5 additional days for CME or personal use
• Licensing and DEA : Covered by the practice
• Paid Holidays : 7 paid holidays annually
• Sick Days : 5 sick days per year
• Health and Dental Insurance : Comprehensive coverage
• Malpractice Insurance with Tail coverage : Included
• Retirement Plan : 401(k) with employer contributions

Position Overview

As a Pediatrician at Clinica Medica Familiar, you’ll play a vital role in providing medical care for children from birth through adolescence. This position offers the chance to form long-term connections with patients and families while working alongside a supportive and skilled team. We value a preventive approach to care, helping our patients lead healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Educate families on child development, nutrition, and preventive health practices
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Pediatrics
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• DEA certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care
