- Proven ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create, draft, and edit professional materials.
- Ability to work independently, applying sound judgment while managing and safeguarding confidential information.
- Proficient skill in data collection, analysis, and report preparation to support program and grant activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and provide high-quality customer service.

- Ability to coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, and special events.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
